Three Fernhoppers made it to the Banham 5K on Friday evening.

Lynn Gilyatt at London Marathon 2015
Massive congratulations to Lynn Gilyatt who completed the London Marathon for the Fernhoppers on Sunday 26th in a time of 6:27:18!
She really epitomised the spirit of the club with a tenacious approach to her training and the race itself. In short she short did us proud!

Steve Neale steels himself for a final push to the line.
Three Fernhoppers travelled to Cambridge on the 8th March for the annual half marathon around the ‘city of perspiring dreams’!
Some fantastic times were achieved with each one of them achieving a personal best time.
The results were as follows:

Kate Pollard 1:55:14

Our friends at Thetford Athletic Club have announced that entries are open for their Breckland 10K run. This is always a popular event so get your entries in promptly.

“Thetf ord Athletic Club are pleased to announce that entry is now open for the 2015 Breckland 10K road race and fun run.
The race is held at Croxton Village Hall on May 4th and is open to
runners 15 years and older through postal or online entry. Entries for the children’s fun run will only be accepted on the day.
