All of the above sessions are suitable for runners of all abilities.
All Sunday runs are in the forest. Tuesday runs, during the winter months, are run on the roads and paths around Brandon.
Thursdays session are run around the Brandon Industrial Estate during the winter months, and on grass during the lighter evenings.
For all runs, suitable cut backs can be added, for those runners who do not wish to run too long a distance.
No one will ever be left alone, or left behind.
Brandon Leisure Centre is about 150mts on the right hand side, after turning off of the A1065 into Church Street, (clearly signposted), but near the traffic lights at the BP garage / Tesco's junction, see map here
